We thought we'd share a few pictures of us staying active up here in Canada. The weather has been really nice the last little while so the kids have been having all sorts of fun in the back yard.
Alyssa learned to pedal her bike and she loves it.
Dillon and Chalise ride theirs all over the place too. One afternoon they decided they'd rather do some stationary biking so used the bikes with training wheels on them and found a low spot where they could pedal away without going anywhere.
Chalise and Dillon are looking forward to playing Soccer this spring and are getting ready with lots of practice in the back yard.
